Festival Info

Endless Daze Festival is a small-scale (2500 pax), boutique outdoor festival, set by the sea at the dreamy Silwerstroom Resort; 45 minutes outside of Cape Town. Debuting in 2016, Endless Daze has fast become one of the top live music festivals in South Africa.

Camping

  • Minimum 10 people per campsite (please be considerate to others regarding space.)
  • Power points available at campsites.
  • Sites are available on a first come, first serve basis.
  • No booking of campsites allowed.
  • No parking of vehicles in campsites, unless otherwise instructed.

Car Levies

  • The venue has limited parking capacity and a vehicle levy will be implemented: car-pooling is strongly encouraged!
  • 1 person in a vehicle: R150.
  • 2 persons in a vehicle: R100.
  • Motorcycles are exempt from this levy.
  • Income from the vehicle levy will be donated to one of our officially affiliated NGOs.

 

Parking

  • Upon arrival at the venue you will be directed to ticket accreditation, afterwhich, security will direct you to the parking areas.
  • Park-and-camp spots are available, but at limited capacity and cannot be booked.
  • Please make sure all valuables and belongings are taken out of your car: DO NOT leave anything valuable in cars.
  • The organisers will not be held accountable for anything taken from your vehicle(s) or any damage sustained to your vehicle(s) during the course of the event.
  • Please drive safely and do not drink and drive.

 

Food & Drink

  • There will be a fully stocked and licensed bar in the  designated main festival area.
  • The bar opens at 10AM and closes at 2am (the bar will be closed on Sunday.)
  • Personal alcohol may only be consumed at your campsite. No alcohol will be allowed into the demarcated main festival and entertainment area.
  • No glass bottles are allowed into the venue and campsite.
  • Recycling bins will be available for appropriate goods.
  • Food trucks & stalls will be providing breakfast, lunch and dinner over the course of the weekend. Vegetarian and vegan-friendly options available also.
  • Food, snacks and drinks are welcome in the campsite.
  • No use of open-flame cooking facilities such as braais, skottels and/or gas stoves of any sort will be permitted. We understand this is an inconvenience, but accidents happen and safety is of paramount importance to us.
  • No fires in the campsite or event area.
  • Limited card facilities will be provided. We advise bringing cash to avoid disappointment.

 

Rules and regulations

  • No under 18s.
  • No firearms.
  • No weapons.
  • No pets.
  • No fires, gas braais, cookers or any heating elements.
  • No glass.
  • No alcohol on the beach and pavilion area.
  • No swimming under the influence.
  • No swimming at night.
  • No illegal substances.
  • No independent sound systems.
  • No domestic animals.
  • Car levies will be enforced.
  • Right of admission reserved.
  • Parking only allowed in designated areas.
  • No alcohol allowed back into the festival area, even if bought from the bar.
  • Personal alcohol can be consumed in the campsite but not in the festival area.
  • Security will be strict and present at all times.
  • Any people seen practicing behaviour deemed criminal or unacceptable by the organisers or security will be escorted out of the venue and promptly handed over to the appropriate authorities.
  • Do not disturb local fauna and flora.
  • Please use designated footpaths and bridges when walking through the venue.
  • If you are caught damaging fynbos you will be liable to pay fines.
  • The ocean at Silwerstroom is renowned for extremely strong currents, please be careful when entering the water.
  • Lifeguards will be on duty during the day only, please be respectful of their duties.
  • Clean-up after yourself and keep your campsite tidy.
  • Cleaning staff will be allocated to ablution blocks, the beach and general festival grounds. Please respect their duties and help where necessary. 
  • All recyclable waste to be placed in the designated recycling bins.
  • Be kind to each other.

Participation in the event is entirely at own risk. The organisers accept no responsibility whatsoever for injury, death, loss or damage of any nature to persons, vehicles or belongings, even in the case of negligence. Due diligence and care has been taken to make this event safe and secure. Tickets are non-refundable
